Our Mission

Crowther Consulting, LLC was formed in January 2009. Our mission is to use our actuarial, employee benefit and compliance expertise to assist you in achieving your business results.

We strive to:

  • Design benefit plans consistent with your industry, benefit philosophy, business objectives and financial capability.

  • Administer benefit plans in accordance with plan provisions and the Internal Revenue Code and related regulations.

  • Provide accounting information in accordance with Financial Accounting Standards for retirement, postretirement and postemployment plans.

  • Assist you in satisfying existing government requirements and financial accounting standards.
