Richard L. Crowther, A.S.A., E.A., M.A.A.A.
Rick
began his career in October 1978 with an international benefits consulting
firm in Los Angeles, California. He has served many clients consisting of
multi-national corporations, non-profit organizations,
professional corporations and labor unions. His diverse consulting assignments consist of:

Qualified and nonqualified pension plan design and administration,
-
Qualified plan nondiscrimination testing,
-
Funding and accounting of domestic and international pension, postretirement and postemployment
benefit plans,
-
Plan administration such as benefit calculations, Form 5500 filings,
determination letter requests for qualified plans and plan terminations,
and
-
Compliance reviews relating to benefit laws and regulations and plan and
corporate financial accounting rules.
Rick’s
education consists of:

Bachelor of Science from the University of Utah in Mathematics, and
-
Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA).
He is
also a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA) and an enrolled
actuary (EA).
Rick
served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in
Southwest England and South Wales.
He currently
lives in Murray, Utah with his wife, Penni. He is the father of six children and
has ten grandchildren. Enjoys doing various activities
with his family and is actively involved with church assignments.
